Hathol, LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective September 18, 2026
Hathol, LLC (“Hathol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Hathol Group website at hathol.com and www.hathol.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this Website or contact us about it.
This is an informational website, with no public account registration, checkout, or contact form. Products and services we introduce may have separate privacy notices describing their own practices.
1. Information we receive
- Information you provide. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, the contents of your message and attachments, and related correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your inquiry.
- Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process request information needed to deliver and protect the Website. This can include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, referring pages, timestamps, response codes, and error or security logs.
- Performance and usage information. Our hosting infrastructure includes Cloudflare measurement technology that can collect page visits, referring pages, browser performance measurements, and information about page loading and delivery.
2. How we use information
We use information to deliver and maintain the Website, respond to inquiries, evaluate business opportunities you raise with us, diagnose problems, understand Website performance, prevent misuse, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.
The Website does not provide an AI chat or content-submission feature. Simply visiting it does not submit a prompt or uploaded content to an AI model.
3. Cookies, measurement, and browser controls
We do not use advertising cookies or install advertising pixels on this Website. The Website’s application analytics feature is disabled. Cloudflare measurement may still be provided through our hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare states that its performance beacon does not use cookies or browser storage to collect its measurements. See Cloudflare’s description of this technology.
Infrastructure providers may use necessary cookies or similar mechanisms when needed for security, abuse prevention, or traffic management. Browser settings let you restrict cookies, clear stored data, or block scripts; doing so may affect some features.
We do not use Website information to track you across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. The Website does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, those practices remain off regardless of whether your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
4. When information is shared
We share information as needed with service providers supporting the Website and our communications. These include Benmore for application hosting, Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and content delivery, Cloudflare for network security and measurement, and Google Workspace for email.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process; protect the rights, safety, or security of Hathol or others; or obtain professional advice. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy protections. We may otherwise share information at your direction.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to correspondence, maintaining security, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention varies with the type of information and the requirements of our service providers; we do not promise one retention period for all Website logs or email.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS for Website delivery. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to email us or provide additional personal information. To ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, email [email protected]. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, or appeal of a request decision.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond as required by applicable law, subject to any lawful exceptions, and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
7. International visitors
Hathol is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use the safeguards required by that law.
8. Children and external websites
The Website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it and delete the information as appropriate.
Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those independently operated websites.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. If changes materially affect how we handle personal information, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
